PACKAGE 1

(3 hour cocktail function)

Cold canapés
Drummettes

Frenched chicken drummettes marinated with herbs and spices, crumbed and deep fried served with aioli.

Lamb tongues

Cubes of boiled lamb tongues marinated in a garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and fresh herb sauce.

Omelette roll

Thin omelette filled with a mixture of labna, roasted pine kernels, herbs and spices.

Vegetarian wara inab

Rolled vine leaves filled with rice, onions, tomatoes, salt and spices, stove top cooked with added lemon juice.

Arnabit

Marinated grilled cauliflower crostini topped with a tahini sauce.

Batinjan

Marinated grilled egg-plant crostini served with a tahini sauce.

Fresh seafood platter

Peeled king prawns, natural oysters and smoked salmon served with lemon wedges, and seafood cocktail sauce.

Falafel wrap

Mini falafel sandwich with variety of pickles, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and taratoor sauce.

Hot canapés
Lamb kafta skewers

Mini skewer of kafta served with a minted garlic yoghurt.

Lamb kabakeeb

A blend of fine ground lamb, burghul wheat, salt and spices oval shaped and filled with minced lamb,
fried onions, roasted pine kernels, salt, herbs and spices, deep fried.

Lamb sambousik

Handmade pastry semicircular shaped, filled with lamb mince, fried onions,
roasted pine kernels, salt and spices, deep fried.

Dessert

Mini crème caramel.
Mini chocolate mousse.
 

PACKAGE 2

(2.5 hour cocktail function, with on-site barbecue)

Hot canapés
Lamb sambousik

Semicircular shaped pastry, filled with minced meat, fried onions,
roasted pine kernels, salt and spices, deep fried.

Cold canapés
Baba ghanouj platter

Served with Lebanese bread, vegetable crudités and crackers.

Cocktail lamb shish kebab skewers

Barbequed skewers of marinated lamb cubes served with garlic dip.

Cocktail lamb kafta skewers

A blend of minced lamb, onions, fresh herbs and spices on skewer,
barbequed served with garlic dip.

Hommos bi lahme crostini

Hommos topped with finely diced pan fried meat and pine nuts.

Lamb wara inab

Rolled vine leaves filled with rice, minced lamb, onions, tomatoes, salt and spices,
stove top cooked with added lemon juice.
